Finquest Exchange is operated by PowrAI Digital Exchange sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company and licensed
Virtual Asset Service Provider. PowrAI is a separate legal entity co-owned by Finquest Capital Group Ltd (Ireland) and
constitutes one of three pillars of the Finquest ecosystem: digital asset exchange, tokenisation, and wealth
management — each delivered by distinct legal entities within the group.
