1. Prohibited jurisdictions

1.1 United States of America

The Platform is not available to any person located in, resident in, or incorporated in the USA or its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, and American Samoa). This applies regardless of nationality.

1.2 Sanctioned jurisdictions

This list is reviewed regularly and may be updated without notice. FATF high-risk jurisdictions (grey/black list) are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence and may be restricted at PowrAI's sole discretion.

2. Restricted persons

• Any individual or entity on an applicable sanctions list (EU, UN, OFAC, UK, or other);
• Persons previously banned from Finquest Exchange for Terms violations;
• Minors (under 18 years of age);
• Persons acting on behalf of a prohibited or restricted entity;
• Persons who provided false information during KYC.

3. Enforcement

• PowrAI employs IP-based geoblocking as a technical measure;
• Use of VPNs, Tor, or proxies to circumvent restrictions is a material breach of Terms;
• Non-compliant accounts will be immediately suspended, assets frozen, and cases reported to authorities;
• Technical measures do not substitute for users' own legal compliance obligations.

4. Self-certification

By registering and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: you are not in a prohibited jurisdiction; you are not a restricted person; you will cease using the Platform if your circumstances change; and you will notify PowrAI immediately if you become subject to sanctions.
